8/23/2023 0 Comments Fanuc Tpeditor Download![]() I am by no means a post expert and any and all help for a rookie would be greatly appreciated. Basically, the spindle looked like it was running the correct toolpath but as if the part rotated along the top center point of the stock and not the center of rotation of the trunnion. when the machine moved to do the next toolpath at the angled surface (changing from a B0 to a B45, the x and z-axis did not compensate for the change in the parts position. I had to manually type in the M11 and M10 commands to release/hold the brakes for both axis and do it in separate lines (example below). ![]() ![]() I have gotten the A and B axis to move but had to manually change the program. So here are a few of the problems we are experiencing:ฤก. We have setup the mill in a 3+2 configuration with a Tsudokoma TS-200 trunnion. First, the machine we are posting to is a Kafo Mill with a Fanuc 18-MB controller. I have been giving my best shot at creating a post processor from the generic Fanuc Post, and have gotten a fair amount accomplished (completely thanks to these forums) but i am not finding a few details for our application here and wanted to know if someone could assist.
